About Me
A Yoga Teacher, Forever a Yoga Student
I am certified Yoga Teacher in Los Angeles and a yoga student since childhood. Growing up in India I learnt yoga at home and at school - asanas (poses), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. And I learnt, and saw in my students, how these change the habitual patterns of the body, the breath and the mind setting one on a path of healing, wellness and mindfulness. This is what Yoga can do for you.

Mindfulness games and Yoga
Hatha Yoga for Beginners/Level1 with detailed alignment, helps you dive deeper into your practice. The focus is on breath, alignment for a well rounded practice. The emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. This slow, calming class surprises you with how much strength and flexibilty it builds and you leave the class feeling like coming from a powerful meditation which has also worked your body.
Yoga with your kids and partner introduces your family, yes even your little kids, to a practice that creates mindfulness along with wellness. It is practice that brings the family together and helps bonding as you go through a shared experience which includes partner poses and family poses. Yes, grandparents are welcome too.
Kids turn into young yogis as they learn yoga and mindfulness through games and stories. As they go through playful activities they learn about yoga poses, the breath and being present. Yoga is layered in play as it builds body awareness, confidence and teaches emotional self-regulation.
